Then the development team you speak for has zero

Then the development team you speak for has zero interest in fixing the glaring problems of this system. Glaring problems which have led to the degradation of pvp since 5.0. Degradation which has been left unchecked for over a year now.

Why do these developers insist on forcing people to deal with poor design for years before they are fixed?

There are far too many DR categories, and far too few CCs that actually share DR with each other. I wonder when the development team is going to realize that and fix it? 2016? Then the development team you speak for has zero

This never changes for any of the fights

10-12 man: 2 tanks, 2 healers, 6-8 dps
13-17 man: 2 tanks, 3 healers, 8-12 dps
18-22 man: 2 tanks, 4 healers, 12-16 dps
23-25 man: 2 tanks, 5 healers, 16-18 dps

This never changes for any of the fights. I try to follow the rule 1 healer per 5 players. The only time there are exceptions are for those 13, 18, and 23 man raids. If I have healers that are good, maybe slightly overgeared, or they are in my guild then I may only bring 2 healers for 13 man, 3 healers for 18 man, and 4 healers for 23 man. I have never had any issues when I follow that. There is never any need for 3 tanks.

Norushen used to give me troubles but after I figured out the order to send people into the test realms it doesn't take more than 2...maybe 3 attempts. I follow the same order as I do in 10 man normal if there are two orbs. Once we have enough people and there are three orbs my order changes.

It's getting to be comical how consistently the devs get it wrong

It's getting to be comical how consistently the devs get it wrong.

In theory, this change should work out just fine. In practice you should know better. If there is a way for it to be exploited it will be.

Seems unlikely people would kite for 10 minutes to try and set up for a debuff kill? Well, we just had a long spin on people sitting on a 15 minute timer to get a debuff. I certainly don't find it fun, but I guarantee enough will to make at least 2s even more obnoxious and, what's worse, is on a 10 minute timer 3s are more likely to be affected.

I had the sunflower out at the start of a BG for some reason and a goblin guy walked up to it (same height) and yells in say, 'WHAT THE F...heck IS THAT THING??" Then demanded how he can get one. Was funny, you had to be there.

The undertones of your post that I am uninformed

The undertones of your post that I am uninformed and need to read up is not lost on me. I am very familiar with the orc warchiefs, their story, their lore in the books, their role in the RTS games, and how most of them died. I apologize in advance that I expected the game to move forward towards the lore that was hinted at ad nauseam in Mists instead of backwards in time--this time with Garrisons! Perhaps I need to read Rise of the Horde and Lord of the Clans literally for the ninth time?

I am not really missing out on a lot of information--Bashiok's blog post about D&R in WoD is not overly informative (it was mainly about the fact that Flex worked and it's coming back even more so, but we're renaming the difficulties).

An expansion is additional software

An expansion is additional software (usually made available for retail sale) that adds new content and features to a game.
The content of an expansion is usually not available to anyone who does not own the expansion. Most expansions will not install or run as stand-alone products.

The bolded is what makes it an expansion to me, the things I will get from WoD that other people will not have untill they purchase it.
