You should create a new post with all the items that can go in both the "Toy" and "Heirloom" tabs. That way players could discuss any items they believe should be added or removed from either tab.

From the looks buy Wow Gold eu of it, the Toy Box will consist of non-consumable, non-gear items that provide only vanity effects.
However, from the screenshots we see that the Cursed Swabby Helmet is in it and it provides utility in the form of a 200% swim speed and water breathing buff. Will other utility items (like the Aqua Jewel or Salyin Battle Banner) be in the Toy Box as well?

The Heirloom tab seems to consist of scaling gear from the screenshot.
However, will BoA gear from archeology and world objects in Pandaria be included? If so, how will the item upgrades be handled? And how will the 1-80 versus 1-85 gear appear in the tab (will they both be available or will the 1-85 overwrite the 1-80)?

What I was wondering is if they could implement the upcoming transmog system they are putting into Diablo into WoW. The whole, "Once you get an item's appearance, you will have it forever". I'm sure they thought about it, so there must be a reason as to why they're not bringing it over to WoW.

Is it just the gear that scales with level? Or does it also include BoA gear from Archeology and Pandaria rare world objects?
What about the Frying Pan, Rolling Pin, and Apron (god forbid we don’t get a Tabard tab)?

a PVP realm for more than a year

I have very little PVP experience on any of my toons, with one notable exception. I was on Arthas, a PVP realm for more than a year.

The reason for having to balance the gear so wearing one set in the opposite environment isn't a total handicap is the existence of PVP realms and World PVP.

You shouldn't be a free HK because you are out questing in your PVE gear. A PVP geared player should have the gear advantage out in the world, but not the ROFL-stomp you advise.

On the flip-side, how is a PVPer suppose to do any meaningful PVE? You can't get PVE gear without doing PVE, and you suggest that they not be able to contribute in the slightest because of getting started in PVP gear.

Most heals generally heal for 1/3 of your hp on a 3-round cd. At almost twice the cd,World of Warcraft Gold shouldn't Wish heal for almost twice as much?

my direct interpretation of this thread is that shield slam and blood boil are going cheap wow gold to get gigantic nerfs at low levels

hopefully there will also be a bunch of hunter/heal nerfs as well for low levels.
